At the first light after the overpass turn left onto school property; a ball field will be on your right after the turn. The pool is just past the ball field on the right at the base of the hill
If you prefer to take the ferry from Fauntleroy in West Seattle, you can find the Ferry Schedule to Southworth here:
http://www.wsdot.com/ferries/schedule/ScheduleDetailByRoute.aspx?route=f-s
The drive from the ferry terminal at Southworth to the pool is about 20 minutes. Ferry crossing time is 40 minutes (30 for the direct route that does not stop at Vashon).
The Bremerton and Bainbridge Ferries are also options, but note that the Southworth Ferry is the shortest drive from the ferry terminal to the pool, the Bremerton Ferry is your next best option.
