USA Swimming New Login Experience

A new login experience for your USA Swimming account will launch on February 5, 2026. This update aims to enhance security and simplify account creation and access.

To prepare for this change, all members need to update their account email addresses and phone numbers during their next login. Please log in at least once before February 5 to verify your email and phone number.

After February 5, all members will be required to reset their account passwords during their first login. The password recovery will be sent to the user account email.

This new login experience, coming in February, will provide stronger account protection and a more seamless login process for everyone. Thank you for taking a few minutes to prepare for this update.

Northshore Parks and Rec Survey

The Northshore Parks and Recreation Service Area is gathering community input on three preliminary design concepts for a potential new Northshore community center in Woodinville.  The preliminary design concepts each include an aquatics area, though the amount of pool space available varies between the designs.

Wave Aquatics supports more aquatics recreation and competition space in our region.  We encourage our community members to complete the NPRSA survey seeking input on the design by using one of the following links:

            English: https://survey.alchemer.com/s3/8601574/ae3cb4bb2ed1

            Spanish: https://survey.alchemer.com/s3/8601574/08ac8010b6fe

Join the Wave Aquatics team!

We’re hiring lifeguards and swim instructors — both part time and full time— and we’d love your help creating a safe, fun, and inclusive aquatic environment for our community. If you’re passionate about swimming, youth development, public service, or just want a fulfilling job by the pool, check out all the role details and how to apply on our employment page: waveaquatics.org/employment.

We’d be excited to have you dive in with us as a Wave employee!

General Team Information

Team Shirts and Caps

As part of your Wave Registration, each family gets-

>3 Athletes Shirts (per athlete member)

>Up to 2 Parent Shirts per family

>1 Team Cap per athlete- cap orders are not included in the link below but will be automatically included with each order received

We will set up dates and times for families to pick these items up.

Our fourth pick-up date is Sunday, February 22.

D&J Sports

Wave has an order page for families who are in need of Team Suits or training gear for practice:

https://djsports.com/teams/wave-aquatics

Reminder that a Team Suit is a required part of our uniform at meets.

Our Team Suit:

>Must be a solid black TYR suit.

>Must have our team logo on it.

>Is required for meets.

>You can only get it at D&J Sports: https://djsports.com/teams/wave-aquatics

Custom Team Caps with your athlete’s name on it will be made available to order 2-3 times each year.

Carpool Info Share and Gear Exchange

We are trying to help make coordinating carpools a bit easier for families

We have created a spreadsheet that parents can add their information to so other team members are able to see who is near them.

We have posted the spreadsheet link on the Google Calendar page. For privacy, that page is only viewable when logged into the website.

Families can share at their comfort level.

Note the group tabs at the bottom of the spreadsheet AND as a bonus, there is a gear exchange tab so if your swimmer outgrows something they can pass it on to someone who might need it instead of throwing it away.

Any issues with the page please reach out to Coach Chad.

Training Dues Information for Sport Team Families

The Sport Team is a monthly commitment; families are billed by the month, with no option for partial month billing.

Families opting to suspend their account must let Coach Erin know by the 15th of the preceding month.

Our practice groups have capacity limits and we do not hold spots. Families who suspend their account will not be able to return if their spot is filled via tryout during their absence.

Sport Team Holidays

The Sport Team will take time off throughout the year for Holidays.  This gives both Families and Coaches a chance to have a break and spend time together.

The dates for September 2025- August 2026 are:

Labor Day Weekend – August 29-September 1

Halloween – October 31

Thanksgiving – November 27-30

Winter Holiday Break – December 24-25

New Year’s Break – December 31-January 1

Tech Suits

Parents, heads up-

12 and under athletes are not allowed to wear a tech suit in competition unless they are competing at one of the USA Swimming Championship series of meets (Jr Nationals, US Open, National Championships, U.S. Olympic Trials).

This is a USA Swimming rule, you can read more about here:

Email is our primary means of communication.

If you are not receiving these on all of your email accounts:

>On your team account, double check that the correct email address is in there.

>Add in additional email addresses into your account; you can have up to four.

>Check your spam or junk mail, and mark the sender as safe

>When an email is being sent from the TeamUnify website, the Sender is actually “[email protected]”, and the reply will go to the login email of the admin that sent the email.

>To help avoid suppressions have your email accounts add to their contacts [email protected]
