Important season requirements

1. All swimmers must complete entire paperwork packet found on the website before season starts....If you have not done this-please complete now. It is vital and necessary for all swimers to be registered with all paperwork per YMCA requirements. Please do this !!!

2. MEET SPONSORSHIP- This year, we will have 3 opportunities to SPONSOR a meet as an outside entity. Each sponsorship offer includes: (displayed on our new jumbotron in pool!)

Photo advertisement played multiple times during each meet, slide played daily during open swim and team practice in month leading up to sponsored meet, logo on our meet sheets, recognition in social media promotions specific to your meet, and business materials, logo, etc. displayed at welcome/info table during meet. Meet sponsors will also be included on our swim team bulletin board for our season. This is a fantastic marketing opportunity for our team members that own a business! We will be opening this opportunity to non-team sponsors on Friday, November 7!! Please contact me via email if you are interested in a sponsorship by the end of this week!!!

3. DCY ULTIMATE FAN! We used to do this in the past and it was a great way to recognize your swimmer and send them good wishes, etc for the meet! Your slide will be displayed along with others simultaneously on the jumbotron and printed on our Heat Sheets!! $20.00 each slide!! You will receive a form to fill out and attach any cards etc. All slides must be ordered and returned to me 2 weeks before meet date. So.... If you are going to enter, you must complete form by November 30, 2025 to enter the Jingle Bell Meet slide show! Any questions, please ask me! Mike

4. The bus trip is full... Please sign up for the Finalist meet ( which we won the past 2 years). We would like to see 40+ swimmers at the meet!
