SCHOLARSHIPS:
Scholarships are available to families on free or reduced fee school lunches, due to low income.  Home schooled families qualify for scholarships using assistance cards (ex:  BadgerCare).

LARGE FAMILY DISCOUNT
We also have a large family discount, for families of 3 or more swimmers (pay full amount for first 2 swimmers then 1/2 on the 3rd athlete)

MINI-HAWK TEAM
For beginner 12&U Swimmers

Skill Level:  Beginner
   --- Swimmers must be able to swim 2 different strokes, comfortably, for a length of the pool.
   ---
 This is NOT swim lessons.  Children must be able to swim comfortably for 25 yards.

This is our entry level group. Children must be able to swim 2 different strokes, each for 25 yards.  Anyone new to a swim team environment will start in this group.  This group swims twice a week.

All 8&Unders are automatically Mini-Hawk swimmers.  An advanced 8 year old may be moved lanes into the Junior group.  Coaches will discuss these decisions with the parents.  We want swimmers to have the skills down before they add the endurance component.

JUNIOR TEAM
Advanced 12&U Swimmers (meet racers)
Time for USA Registration! - Need for Parker HS Practice Swimmers

JUNIOR 1 (15 min stretch, 75 min of water)
     Coming into the Junior group from Mini-Hawks.  Needs to be efficient at 3 strokes

JUNIOR 2 (15 min stretch, 90 min of water)
     Efficient and legal in all 4 strokes and is ready to do a little more training

From the Mini-Hawk group, athletes move into this group. Athletes in this group focus mainly on improving the four competitive strokes, having fun, and perfecting start and turn technique, as well as race strategy.  These are our swim meet athletes.

HIGH SCHOOL CONDITIONING TEAM
JANESVILLE PARKER 13&OVER:  MUST BE USA REGISTERED

Skill Level:         Beginning to Advanced

This group is for the 13&Over athlete that is swimming to stay stay fit.  They want to improve their stroke technique and race strategy, but have little interest in competing (they always have the option).  

Swimmers choose to practice for 1 hour, up to 1 1/2 hours.

SENIOR TEAM
12&OVER ADVANCED ATHLETES (meet racers)
MUST BE USA REGISTERED

From the Junior Team, athletes move into the Senior Group.  The Senior group will start to train longer and include more dryland training.  Their focus is to improve their technique and race strategies as they get ready for the senior team.

This swimmer trains a MINIMIM OF 4X/WEEK.  Otherwise, you will be training with the High School Conditioning Group.

Older and more advanced swimmers may join the Senior Team immediately.  Coach Cheri will discuss with the family.  These athletes are focusing on building endurance & speed, while maintaining strong stroke technique.  They are committed to training for and competing at the State Championships and Speedo Championships.

NATIONAL TEAM
MUST BE USA REGISTERED

Swimmer Age:  No age parameters
Ability Level:     Highest Level Athletes

From the Senior Team, athletes move into this group.  These athletes are very self-motivated and goal oriented.  They are expected to be the leaders on the team. They are striving to qualify and compete at NCSA Nationals, Junior Nationals, US Nationals, US Open, and the Olympic Trials.
