PX3 Go For The Cut - Valentines Open: VOLUNTEERS NEEDED & PX3 entries, Meet Timeline, Psych Sheet & More

We are still in need of volunteers - lots of empty spots as of right now!  Please CLICK HERE and add your name.  The expectation is, each family will be covering 2 volunteer spots!

A few important items regarding our meet:  The meet is a huge one with over 900 swimmers entered!  It will be very fun and competitive, but also stressful from a meet management standpoint.  Please help us by:

• Volunteers need to arrive on time - NOTE:  volunteer arrival time may not be the same as swimmer arrival - please follow your volunteer arrival time.
• If for whatever reason you can't make it to your volunteer job, WE NEED TO KNOW!  Email or text Coach Jory.
• With a lot of swimmers on deck, air quality will be our focus.  MEET MARSHALS ATTENTION:  We will need you to focus not only on safety, but also having swimmers remove their bags if placed next to our air intake vents (these are located under the lifeguard chairs).  We can go over this the day of the meet as well - just a heads up
• Saturday is Prelim/Final for 9-10, 11-12, 14&U and Open -  Please make sure that if your swimmer qualifies for finals, you have them back at the pool by 4:30p
• NOTE:  Sunday AM warmup is now a 90 min warmup due to the # of athletes in the warmup.  PX3 will take the earliest shift so please have your swimmer get to bed early Saturday night.
