Practice Schedule Changes: State Champ Season Practice Schedule

Parents, due to a swim meet at the Rec Plex Friday - Sunday this weekend (BDSC), we need to change our practice schedule.

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 13: Barracuda OFF.   Red & White swim 4-5p.  Blue, Senior & National swim 4-6p & then have dryland/lifting 6:15-7:15p  ** we know 4p is early, just get here when you can

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 14:  Barracuda, Red & White OFF.  Blue, Senior & National swim 6:00-7:50a

 

NEXT WEEK WE ARE AT CARTHAGE WEDNESDAY - SATURDAY starting at 5p Wed, Thur & Fri and starting 8a Sat.

  • Starting Wednesday, February 18 we swim at Carthage College for the remainder of that week.
  • Also, the last workout for swimmers not attending 10&U, 11-14 or Senior State will be Thursday, February 19th
