PX3 Coaches
Jory Blauer joins the Pleasant Prairie Patriots with 17 years of Head Coaching experience and 28 years of coaching overall. During his years on deck, he has coached athletes at every stage, from beginners up to national and collegiate level swimmers. In addition, he has watched his athletes develop their own love for the sport and become coaches themselves. Jory strives to increase team numbers and abilities, succeeding with every team he has joined.

Flo comes to PX3 after 42 years of coaching full time, 20 years in Glenview, IL (10 as the Head Coach), and 22 years as the Head Age Group Coach at Scout Aquatics in Lake Forest, IL. Flo is happlily married and mother to 4 daughters and grandmother to 8. Flo is a lifelong swimmer and avid walker.
Flo is our Lead White Group Coach.
My name is Coach Allie, and I am so excited to join the Px3 family! I am originally from Illinois and have been a part of the swimming world my entire life. I started swimming competitively at the age of 8 and continued all the way through high school. During high school, I also started teaching swim lessons and fell in love with teaching and coaching. Today, I coach both the Barracudas and Red groups. I can't wait to see how the swimmers grow throughout the season! Go Patriots!

Coach Megan grew up in Oak Park, Illinois where she started her swimming career at the age of 7 with TOPS(The Oak Park Swimmers). As a high school swimmer she attended Oak Park River Forest HS where Megan was a part of both the 1988-’89 and 1989-’90 Girls High School State Championship Swim Teams. During her Junior and Senior years she was a Top 12 finisher in the 100 backstroke and a member of the top 12 finishing 400 Free Relay and 200 Medley Relay.
Megan was recruited and received a scholarship to swim for Illinois State University. While attending ISU she received a degree in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Athletic Training.
After graduating from ISU, Megan worked at The Wheaton Sport Center (WSC) where she was a personal trainer and the Aquatics Director. While leading the Aquatics Department, she built on the existing swim lesson program to include Advanced Stroke Clinics, a Master Swim Team, a Triathlon Training Group and started the Wheaton Stingrays Swim Team. Prior to her time at the WSC she also coached age group swimming with the Academy Bullets and JV Coach for the Rosary Beads Girls Swim Team.
In 2009, Megan and her family moved to Kenosha, Wisconsin. Her two oldest daughters joined the Patriots in 2013, her third daughter joined not long after that. In 2018, when Megan’s 4th daughter joined the team, she was asked to help coach the Barracudas and has been with us helping out wherever she has been needed.
She truly enjoys coaching this level! She loves seeing your children learn and grow into confident young swimmers.

Jeremy started swimming in high school for the Blue Devil Swim Club and Warren Township HS. He continued swimming for Iowa State Univerisity's swim club and went to Nationals 3 years in a row. After taking a break from swimming after college graduation, he got back into swimming with the COHO Master's swim team and started to compete at USA Masters meets. He currently coaches, trains and competes with PX3.
Coach Jeremy is an Assistant Senior Coach.
Nick Started swimming from 6 years old, he swam club throughout his high school and college swimming career. In high school he was a three-year IHSA state qualifier, IHSA medalist and still holds his HS team record in the 50 free at Fremd. Nick competed at the USA Swimming Junior Nationals twice. Nick continued his sprinting career at Carthage College and qualified for the Division 3 Collegiate Nationals his sophomore year. Following Carthage Nick made the transition into the coaching world with Reach Aquatics and also coached the Fremd boys HS and Conant girls HS teams. He is currently a Family Consumer Science teacher at Graylsake Central HS and is a licensed teacher in Ph Ed, Health and Consumer Science. He continues his coaching with PX3's Red and Blue Groups helping young athletes grow, develop and refine their skills to reach their full potential.
Coach Nick is an Assistant Red & Blue Group Coach.
Coach Aaron is an Assistant White Group Coach.
Sam Wulterkens is an educator, first and foremost. He was never able to swim competitively in the small community where he grew up (Stanley, WI), but has worked around water for much of his life. Sam was a Red Cross certified lifeguard along with being certified for the same with the Boy Scouts of America. Sam worked on the waterfront at Phillips Scout Reservation, where he taught swimming, lifeguarding, small boat sailing, motorboating, and water skiing merit badges. In college Sam taught swim lessons and worked as a lifeguard at the YMCA. Sam earned a bachelor of music education - choral music emphasis, from UW-Eau Claire, and a Masters in Music Education from Central Michigan University.

Heather Wulterkens swam competitively starting at the age of 8, with the Stevens Point YMCA Dolphins, and concluded her competitive career as a Blugold, swimming for the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. In addition to competitive swimming, Heather worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor throughout high school and college. She has also served as an official for swim meets. Heather holds a bachelor's degree in communication disorders (UW-Eau Claire) and a Doctorate of Audiology (Central Michigan University).
Coach Heather is an Assistant Coach for all PX3 groups.
Randy Rogers graduated from the U.S Naval Academy in 1981 with a B.S in Physical Science. Upon graduation, until 1992, he served in the U.S Navy rising to the rank of Lieutenant Commander. During this time, Mr. Rogers served as a Surface Warfare Officer sailing Naval Ships throughout the Pacific and Middle East, holding positions in operations, logistics, and communications. Prior to Operation Just Cause, he served as the U.S. Navy Liaison Officer with the U.S. Army’s Southern Command in Panama. He also was involved in Operation Desert Storm and Desert Shield in 1990/91, including acting as the Primary Control Officer for the logistics offload of a 19 ship Amphibious Ready Group off the coast of Ras Al Mishab, Kuwait. Choosing to move on in 1992, Randy received an Honorable Discharge from the Navy and went to work for the U.S Maritime Administration (MARAD), an agency within the U.S. Department of Transportation that same year. He began his career with MARAD as the Fleet Captain at the Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet in Benicia, CA. From 1992 through 2000, he served as second-in-charge of the facility. received the Secretary of Transportation’s Award for Valor for being part of a four-person team that rescued three fishermen after their vessel sank in the frigid waters of Suisun Bay. During his 20 years with the Federal Government, Randy had the opportunity to attend the U.S. Naval War College, in Newport RI, and received his Masters Degree in National Security and Strategic Affairs in 1994. During his career with MARAD, Randy also served as the Chief of Staff for the Office of the Transportation Attaché at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq in 2010/11. He served in this capacity, supporting the Transportation Attaché in assisting the Government of Iraq in rebuilding their transportation infrastructure, across all modes. Randy served in other public sector roles, finally retiring in 2021 after 44 years of public service. He has been a competitive swimmer for over 50 years, having swum since age 8. He was recruited to swim at the U.S. Naval Academy, and has been competing with U.S. Masters Swimming for 35 years. He has won four national titles with Masters Swimming, including the 1500 free, 5K Postal Swim (5K in a 50M pool), 10K Postal Swim (10K in a 50M pool), and 15K Postal Relay Swim. He is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, but has also lived in Southern CA, Washington,Arizona,Texas,Maryland,Rhode Island,with Government tours in Panama and Iraq. He currently resides in Kenosha, WI
