RFSC SWIM LESSONS

ABOUT OUR DEVELOPMENTAL PROGRAM

Our Developmental swim groups are for beginning swimmers; ages 4 and up. Coaches are in-water with the swimmers in small groups of 3-6. We offer 6 week sessions with lessons 2 days a week. It is normal to spend multiple sessions at each level. Our sessions are offered year-round. Fees are paid per session. Registration for returning athletes for the upcoming session will open at least three days prior to evaluations. Swimmers will receive a report card at the end of each session indicating skills they have achieved, what they need to work on, and what group to register for next. 

EVALUATIONS

We require all interested in joining our team come in for a quick swim evaluation to be sure they are ready for our lessons as well as get placed in the correct level for their swim ability. Please email Michael at [email protected] to schedule your evaluation time. We do not accept walk-in evaluations.

COST

Cost for each group is for the entire session (12 lessons total, offered twice a week for 6 weeks). 

Red, Orange, and Yellow - $100

Green - $110

Blue - $125

AAU Membership (annual fee: required)- $20

MY SWIMMER HAS PASSED D1. WHAT IS NEXT?

Once the swimmer completes Blue (D1), they are ready to move to our Purple (Novice Transition) group. This group still works on developing the building blocks of swimming, but starts to bridge the gap into in-depth technique.
