Competitive Team Coach (Hourly)
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide coaching to the five competitive groups (Novice Transition, Novice, Age Group, Pre-Senior & Senior) up to 5 nights per week under the guidance of our Head Coach.
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Must complete background check prior to hire. Must complete all USA Swimming coaches training and certifications within one year of hire.
- Maximum of 15 hours per week of on deck coaching, opportunity to coach at swim meets on the weekends.
- Competitive pay, negotiable based on experience.

Developmental Lessons Coach (Hourly)
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide in-water coaching to the Developmental classes up to 4 nights per week under the guidance of our Head Coach and Developmental Director.
- Maximum of 6 hours per week of in-water coaching.
