• NO PRACTICE Thursday, July 4th
• NO PRACTICE Friday-Saturday, July 12-13th due to Bird Bath meet

WAVE SWIMMERS ATTENDED THE OLYMPIC TRIALS

We had a few swimmers able to travel to Indianapolis to attend the 2024 Olympic Trials. Everyone came back with some great stories and a renewed excitement for swimming. Every time they talked about it, they had a big smile on their faces! We are excited to show you pictures of WAVE swimmers at Trials! (see attached)

WAVE SWIMMERS ATTENDING UW SWIM CAMP THIS WEEK

We have some younger swimmers attending the UW Swim camp this week, all smiles here!! (see attached)

MCFARLAND MEET RECAP

Before the big storms, a smaller group of WAVE swimmers traveled to McFarland for some good competition! Swimmers tried some new techniques and racing strategies, and learned a lot (we hope!). 

“SWIMMERS OF THE MEET”

-Liam Hoppe-loaned his goggles without a second thought to another WAVE swimmer whose goggles broke!

-Ben Keenan-a coach from another team approached Coach Sandy to compliment his sportsmanship to other swimmers after a race!
