WAVE FALL GATHERING THIS FRIDAY!

Join us Friday at 5pm at Meadowbrook Park to tie dye your NEW Wave t-shirt! We need ALL hands and ALL swimmers on deck to ensure we have amazing looking gear this season. Bring your family, some refreshments and your creativity! 

And… we have now secured a visit from the Kona Ice Truck to serve free treats for all! You don’t want to miss this Friday’s fun!

LAST CHANCE TO DECLARE FOR 10/19-20 MEET

The meet declaration has been re-opened until TONIGHT at 9:00pm. Please make sure to attend or decline the meet as soon as possible. A reminder to simply declare your swimmer’s availability. Requests for specific races or stroke selection should not be included. 

YOUTH NIGHT SUCCESS

Thank you to our Wave families that showed up to Youth Night at the pool last night. The Waunakee High School Girls Team showed up to compete! Thank you for cheering on these talented Senior Wave swimmers! We are so proud and can’t wait to have you back in the pool with us this winter.

MAKE UP PRACTICES

Due to 10/1 HS home meet, youth night and previously canceled practices, please make note of the following make up practices.

October 4th Make Up Practices at Waunakee High School Pool

Gold 6:45-8:00pm

October 6th Make Up Practices at Waunakee High School Pool

Purple 4:00-5:00pm

Bronze and Silver 5:00-6:00pm

Gold (with Senior) 4:00-5:30pm

October 15th Make Up Practices at Lodi High School Pool

Purple and Bronze 6:30-7:30pm

Silver and Gold 7:30-8:30pm

PRACTICE REMINDERS AND EXPECTATIONS

Families thank you for getting your swimmers to practice on time and being prompt at pick ups. A reminder that with so many swimmers in the pool, coaches are not able to supervise the bleachers before, during or after practice. Swimmers should show up no earlier than 15 minutes prior to practice and should be picked up as soon as practice concludes.

Families are always welcome to watch practice from the PURPLE bleachers. Siblings are welcome to watch as well, but should be supervised by an adult. Families and siblings should not be on the pool deck. Additionally, the silver bleachers and locker rooms in the pool are for swimmer use only. Additional restrooms for spectators are down the hall. These are safe sport, insurance, and athlete protection rules. Thank you for your compliance.
