FIRST SWIM MEET Q AND A
We will be holding our "First Swim Meet Q and A" session TOMORROW, Thursday, October 17th at 6:15pm in the Drama Room–through the double doors past the pool. If you are a new family, transfer family, or just need a refresher, please join us!
SWIMMER GEAR DISTRIBUTION
If you HAVE NOT received your Wave issued swim cap and/or tie dye t-shirt, please note the gear distribution times below. Simply Swimming orders are in and will also be available for pick up. ***Please note that silicone swim caps from Simply Swimming have not yet arrived. All other orders are in.

- Winter session rates are posted on the Fees page
- High school girls swimmers: if your HS season ends prior to the start of Wave's winter session, you are welcome to join us for the remaining fall session! Just reach out to the Wave Admin for prorated registration details!

Volunteer Sign ups are now live! We repeat, sign ups are now live! Don’t miss this chance to get a great job for our first hosted meet. We can’t pull this off without all hands on deck. Thank you in advance for volunteering!

Arena Mid Season Showdown (11/22)- DECLARE BY 10/27 (ages 13 & over swimmers only)
Wave Fall Classic (11/16)- DECLARE BY 11/4
HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST
Swimmers, strike a pose for our annual Halloween Costume Contest! Since there is no practice on Halloween, parents will take a picture of their swimmer in their costume and send it to the coaches ([email protected]). **Please put the swimmer’s name and group they belong to in the subject! We are asking that all submissions come in by the end of the day Saturday, November 2nd. Coaches will choose a winner from each practice group, announce it at practice the following week. There will be prizes!
SEEKING SPONSORSHIP
Do you have a business to brag about AND want to support the Waunakee Wave? We are seeking local sponsors for our club. All sponsors receive logo displays on our website and at our home meets with special shout outs from the announcer between racers! Reach out to [email protected] if you are interested.
ATTENDANCE REMINDER
Don’t forget to use the Google Form to indicate both a missed practice and to declare attendance for that week’s make-up practice. **Available to Ripples, Breakers, Purple, Bronze, and Silver groups. A reminder that there are NO make up practices the next TWO weekends due to our Swim Meets.
