DROP OFF/PICK UP SAFETY
-At drop off, ensure swimmers are inside the building before driving away. We do not want anyone left outside in the cold if for some reason the door is locked!
-After practice, swimmers are limited to 10 minutes in the locker room and must be picked up within 10 minutes of their practice conclusion.
BAC HOLIDAY SPLASH MEET RECAP
We had a great Sunday of racing! Swimmers came with motivation (our winter session theme) and determination! There were some amazing swims just hundredths of a second away from state cuts. Coaches are so proud of our Wave swimmers, and we loved watching everyone race!

REMINDER: SECRET SANDY
If your swimmer has not yet completed a questionnaire and received their person’s name, please have them talk to a coach right away! If bringing a gift outside of the designated party time, swimmers should put the recipient’s name and roster group on the gift tag. For all participants: please do not write the giver’s name on the gift tag as it is a secret! Parties take place in the Cave unless otherwise noted, and gifts should total no more than $10. Please email Coach Sandy with any questions!

GOLD, WTF, and SENIORS: 12/18 7:15-8:30(ish)pm | dryland will take place as usual 6:15-7pm for Gold and Seniors
NOTE: parties are in lieu of regular practices that evening (exception is Gold & Sr still have dryland as noted)

Cheer on fellow Wave swimmers at their high school meet, and stay for poster signing and refreshments in the Cave after the meet! See flyer for details!

ATTENDANCE REMINDER
Please use the Google Form (one form per swimmer) to indicate a missed practice and declare attendance for that week’s make-up practice (make-up practices available to Ripples, Breakers, Purple, Bronze, and Silver groups).
