SUPER SPLASH DECLARATION DATE UPDATE
Due to exciting demand and committment from other teams, Wave swimmer declaration date has moved up to 1/17!
Please declare yes or no for your swimmer by Friday!

NUTRITION MEETING
January 22 | 6:15pm | WHS Drama Room (located in hallway between pool lobby and Commons)
Join us in welcoming Sara Johnson, Harbor Athletic Club owner and Wave member, who will provide families a brief overview of health and nutrition tips for keeping swimmers fueled and prepared for practices and meets! Thank you, Sara!

Dryland for Gold and Senior groups will begin at the conclusion of this meeting!
 

PIZZA PARTY!
Swimmers are invited to celebrate the winter session with a team pizza party!

REMINDERS

SUPER SPLASH 2/1-2/2

Our largest hosted meet is less than three weeks away! We need all hands on [the pool] deck to execute another successful meet!

JOB SIGNUPS
Reminder: all families with a Performance Group* swimmer are REQUIRED TO VOLUNTEER AT LEAST TWO SHIFTS during Super Splash!
Older siblings and grandparents make great volunteers too!
*Purple, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Senior B, Senior A

BAKE SALE
Given proven success at previous meets, we again invite our talented members to donate baked goods to be sold during the meet! Your goodwill donation must be nut/peanut butter free, and please individually bag or wrap items for sale. Baked goods may be dropped off at concessions during the meet or in advance on 1/31 (details to come).

MEET DECLARATIONS
Please remember to declare your swimmer YES OR NO and as early as possible. Your prompt attention is appreciated and lends to scheduling proper deck coverage!

PRACTICE ADJUSTMENTS

Reminder of upcoming no practice dates (due to meets & HS Boys Swim):
1/18, 1/25**, 1/28, 2/1-2/2

**No practices on 1/25–practices will instead take place FRIDAY, 1/24 as follows:
PURPLE, BRONZE: 6-7pm

SILVER: 7-8:30pm

GOLD, SENIOR B, SENIOR A: 7-8:45pm

ATTENDANCE REMINDER

Please use the Google Form (one form per swimmer) to indicate a missed practice and declare attendance for that week’s make-up practice (make-up practices available to Ripples, Breakers, Purple, Bronze, and Silver groups).
