ISCA MEET UPDATE
The host team has updated their qualifying times for this event, with lower time standards in certain events. With that, we have additional swimmers who are now eligible to make the trip to Florida. Take a look at the meet information for the updated qualifying times, which are listed in the last couple of pages. You can also review this Wave specific meet information and FAQ document if your swimmer is now interested. Your last chance to declare for this meet is July 16th, so do not delay!

SENIOR SUMMER OUTING
The Senior Summer Outing was a huge success! The attending swimmers really enjoyed the change of scenery, and got some great bonding time together! We hope to make this an annual tradition, so be on the lookout for next year's outing information!
DFAC SUMMER SOLSTICE MEET RECAP
As nice as it was to have a shorter meet, these swimmers were swimming their events pretty much back to back with very little time between races! Everyone rose to the challenge and showed their strength and confidence. A significant number of swimmers scored best times and state cuts! So many swimmers were cheering, learning new things and digging into their competitive spirit during those short breaks! Way to go Wave!

Swimmer of the Meet - Stella Short!
Stella not only swam her heart out, when she wasn't swimming she was at the shallow end cheering for the swimmers in the water. "Stellar" job Stella!!
UPCOMING MEETS
BIRD BATH MEET - JULY 11TH - 13TH
We are excited for this fun, outdoor meet coming up next week! For last minute planners, Hotel Room Block information is located here (we do not have a “team” hotel).
SUMMER REGIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP MEET - JULY 18 - 20TH
This is our season ending meet for many Wave swimmers without qualifying times for State, ISCA, or Central Zone Championship meets. Attendance is strongly encouraged for all swimmers! Our team is assigned to the Pleasant Prairie RecPlex regional site. The deadline to declare for this meet is Friday July 11th. Information for the meet can be found here and on the website.
STATE CHAMPIONSHIP MEETS -
12&U State Championship - JULY 25-27TH
13&O State Championship - JULY 31TH - AUG 3RD
These events are open for declaration for eligible swimmers planning to attend the upcoming State Championship meets. Coach Sandy will also be providing further information to State qualifiers as we near these meets.

ATTENDANCE FORM
Continue to use the attendance form (also located on the website) to keep coaches updated regarding absences. If your swimmer will be late to practice, please contact Coach Sandy for guidance.
PRACTICE AND LOCKER ROOMS

Please make sure our swimmers have their equipment ready before practice begins, so the practice can begin promptly.

Swimmers should utilize locker rooms only briefly (no more than 10 minutes) at the end of practice, as pool staff need to close & secure the facility.
