WAVE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING RECAP
Our Annual Membership Meeting took place Sunday night via Google Meet! Thank you to all the members who took the time to join us! Your engagement in Wave is what makes this swim community so great!
The meeting agenda covered multiple topics including strategy updates, a review of our financial health, and updates on membership of the Wave. Our Board President led the meeting sharing Fall enrollment numbers (currently 122 swimmers and climbing by the day), key Board priorities for the year ahead, and highlighting opportunities for families to get involved, including volunteering with social events and hosted meets. Our Treasurer provided a review of the financial health of the Wave, highlighting the strong financial condition of the team. Head Coach Sandy then shared some key themes and initiatives the coaching staff has for the upcoming season.

WELCOME NEW BOARD MEMBERS
Our one piece of official business at the Annual Meeting is the election of new Board members. We are so happy to announce the election of 4 new Board members: Patrick Coughlin, Lisa Froelich, Andrea Simon, and Jaya Vaishnav. We are so excited to have them join our returning Board members in driving the growth & continual improvement of the team for our swimmers! We welcome them and thank them for their service!

FALL SOCIAL EVENT - VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY
With our fall session nearing, we are currently planning our Fall Social event to kickoff our new season together! We continue to seek several additional parent volunteers to assist the Board in planning & executing this event for our swimmers and their families! Bring your energy and ideas to help make this event a great start to our season together. If you are interested in assisting, please email our Board VP at [email protected].
WAVE IS HIRING!
Wave is actively recruiting to add several assistant coaches, including a Senior Lead Coach to our coaching staff! If you know of swim coaches in the area who would be a good fit for our team, please consider referring them to Head Coach Sandy at [email protected] who would be eager to connect with them and discuss the opportunities with Wave.

Fall registration is open to all swimmers. Multiple groups are at our near capacity, so do not delay in registering.
