UPCOMING WAUNAKEE FALL CLASSIC - HOSTED MEET!

Waunakee Hosted Meet - Fall Classic is on November 15th. We would love to see all our swimmers involved. If you haven’t declared, we are encouraging all swimmers to participate in front of a home crowd! Decline/Declare is 11/5. If you haven't checked the volunteer times available we have a couple spots still available!

 

HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST

Halloween Costume Contest reminder!!! We cannot wait to see your creative costumes!! We are asking for pictures to be submitted by Sunday, November 2nd to be considered.  Pictures should be sent to [email protected].  We LOVE seeing them dressed up and creative!

 

VAST TRICK OR TREAT RECAP

I think the only thing bigger than the accomplishments our Wave swimmers had this past weekend were their eyes when they saw the full size candy bar heat winners!!! :) Great job Wave swimmers! We loved seeing your excitement and readiness to race!

Volunteer signup is now open for this meet. Thank you to all who have already volunteered your time. We still have several opportunities available for volunteers for jobs including; 8&U helpers, Awards, Backup Timers and Setup/Teardown.

Contrary to Bronze swimmers, the fastest recorded swim speed is 5.34 mph. You can test your speed as the Waunakee Community School District Aquatic Center also offers Adult Lap Swim times. Lap Lanes are available M-F 5:30-8am and Saturday from 8-10am. More information can be found on the Waunakee Aquatic Center’s web page.
