TONIGHT’S PRACTICE (WED NOV 5TH)
Swim practices will run as scheduled this evening with the exception of the swim portion of the Senior A/B and Gold groups. The swim portion for the Senior A/B and Gold groups is cancelled so swimmers and parents can attend the Meet and Greet at 7:30PM. Senior A/B & Gold swimmers will still have dryland from 6:15PM-7:00PM as scheduled.
Wave Team Fitness will hold normal practice concurrent with the Meet and Greet. Swimmers should feel free to attend either practice or the event at their preference.

UPCOMING WAUNAKEE FALL CLASSIC - HOSTED MEET
Today (Wed Nov 5th) is the last day to declare for the Waunakee Hosted Meet - Fall Classic on November 15th. We would love to see all our swimmers participate!
We still have some open volunteer shifts, please help us ensure this meet is successful for our participating swimmers!

WINTER SESSION REGISTRATION - NOW OPEN!
Registration for the winter session is now open for all swimmers, so register today! If you have questions or issues with the current registration, please reach out to the Admin team.
In response to recent coaching changes, the Board has implemented an Interim Refund Policy for the winter session to provide members flexibility and confidence as they register for our winter session. Registration refunds, for any reason, are available through Nov 20th.

DO YOU KNOW?
The Japanese are credited with holding some of the first swimming races, as early as 36 B.C.! While that may be of interest, some of you may also be interested in knowing Suijutsu, which was the techniques mastered by samurai warriors in combative swimming. Unfortunately Wave doesn’t have a samurai master on the pool deck so we don’t currently offer classes in such styles, but we are helping your kids get better every practice!
