WAVE FALL CLASSIC HOSTED MEET
This Saturday is our HOSTED MEET! We’re so excited to be swimming in our home pool; let’s be sure to show our guests some great hospitality! If your younger swimmer(s) are interested in seeing how a swim meet works, it’s a great opportunity to come & cheer on our swimmers!
Also a reminder that there is no practice this Saturday, Nov 15th due to the hosted meet.
With the meet timelines now final, volunteer shift start and end times are now updated, please be sure to reconfirm the start and end time for your volunteer shift(s) and be sure to check-in at the desk in the pool lobby upon arrival for instructions. Also, we still have several critical, open volunteer shifts (make sure you meet your volunteer requirement)! Please help us ensure this meet is successful by grabbing a shift! We thank you in advance!

GOLD & SENIOR A/B - ADDED PRACTICE THIS SATURDAY (11/15)
Gold & Senior A/B swimmers will have a special pre-meet practice this Saturday morning (11/15), from 6:00-7:00AM, in advance of meet warm-ups.
GOLD & SENIOR A/B - WINTER KICKOFF MEETING (MON 11/17)
Gold & Senior A/B swimmers registered for the winter session will have a 15-minute meeting from 7:15-7:30PM on Monday, Nov 17th with Coach Jim, immediately prior to starting their in-water practice. Gold & Senior A/B parents are encouraged to stick around and listen so they can better support their swimmer(s) & Coach Jim as we move into our winter session together. The brief meeting will take place in the pool lobby.
GOLD & SENIOR A/B - DRYLAND CHANGES
Dryland for Gold & Senior A/B groups will return to the Waunakee HS for winter session (starting Nov 19th). Times have also been adjusted slightly with both Wednesday and Thursday dryland sessions running 6:15-7:00PM. Swim practices will then begin at 7:15PM.
THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY PRACTICE CHANGES
Thanksgiving holiday is quickly approaching. The pool will be closed and practices canceled from Thurs 11/27 through Sat 11/29. With regular practices returning Sunday 11/30.
On Wed 11/26, there will be no practice for Bronze, Purple, & Wave Team Fitness. Gold & Senior A/B groups will practice at an altered time, 12:00-2:00PM.
HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST
Thank you so much for sharing your Halloween costume photos with the coaches! We absolutely loved to see all the Wave swimmers dry & dressed up! Picking winners was incredibly challenging. Congratulations to our winners (each receiving a special prize):

We will have another group order for swim gear & clothing opening in the next few weeks. If you need a new team swimsuit, or you’re looking for a special holiday gift for your swimmer or supporters, we will have something for everyone!

REMINDERS
WINTER SESSION REGISTRATION
Register today, before your swimmers(s) training group fills (Bronze is already full with several others close to capacity), the new session begins on Monday, Nov 17th. If you have questions or issues with registration, please reach out to the Admin team.
In response to recent coaching changes, the Board has implemented an Interim Refund Policy for this winter session to provide families flexibility and confidence as they register. Registration refunds, for any reason, are available through Thurs, Nov 20th.
