WELCOME TO WINTER SESSION!
We’re excited to officially kick off the Winter Session today! Whether you’re returning from the Fall or joining us for the first time, we’re thrilled to have your swimmer in the water with us. Please take a moment to read Coach Sandy’s Winter Welcome Letter, linked here for all families:

Thank you to every parent, swimmer, coach, and community member who helped make the Wave Fall Classic such a success! From timers to marshals, from concessions to Colorado operators, your energy and teamwork created an incredible environment for all participating teams. We are so grateful for your support, your flexibility, and the professionalism you brought to our home pool. Wave couldn’t run hosted meets without you!

As we turn the page to winter, we want to give a heartfelt thank-you to all Fall Session families. Your commitment, encouragement, and positivity helped create a fun and productive session for every group—from Ripples to Senior. We’re grateful for your partnership and can’t wait to continue the momentum this winter.
GOLD & SENIOR A/B - WINTER KICKOFF MEETING TONIGHT (MON 11/17)
Reminder that Gold & Senior A/B swimmers will have a 15-minute meeting from 7:15-7:30PM tonight (Mon 11/17) with Lead Coach Jim, immediately prior to starting their in-water practice. Gold & Senior A/B parents are encouraged to stick around and listen so they can better support their swimmer(s) & Coach Jim as we move into our winter session together. The brief meeting will take place in the pool lobby.

If your swimmer plans to participate, please be sure to declare or decline by the end of the day!
• BAC Holiday Splash Meet (Gold & Senior A/B only) — Dec 6-7
• Polar Plunge Meet (Any 12&U swimmers) — Dec 7
WINTER SESSION BEGINS TODAY
Please double-check your swimmer’s practice schedule as there are a few changes from the fall session. If you have questions, the Admin team is here to help.
If you have not yet completed registration, now is the time! —several groups are at or near capacity.
The Interim Refund Policy remains in place to provide families flexibility and confidence as they settle into the new session. Registration refunds, for any reason, are available through Thursday, Nov 20th.
WINTER SWAG STORE – OPENING SOON!
Our winter team gear & apparel store will open any day and can be accessed via our website and our partner Simply Swimming. This is a great opportunity to order team suits, warm-ups, and holiday gifts for your favorite swimmers and their supporters. The store will close Sunday night (Nov 23) to ensure deliveries can be made before the holidays, so do not delay in ordering!
