PRACTICE UPDATES & REMINDERS
There WILL be regular scheduled practices this weekend, January 10th and 11th.
Gold and Senior A/B Swimmers will not have practice on Sunday, January 18th.
PREPARATION FOR OUR HOSTED MEET - SUPER SPLASH!
Waunakee Hosted Meet - Super Splash is on February 7th and 8th at the Sauk Prairie High School Pool. We would love to see all our swimmers involved. We encourage all swimmers to participate in front of a roaring crowd cheering section! You will see more information in the coming weeks.
LFSC WINDY CITY OPEN MEET RECAP
Wave had their first meet of the new year and it did not disappoint! Many of our Gold and above swimmers swam some longer and more difficult races and they came out on top!! We also had several swimmers at their first ever swim meet and it was a great experience! Our veteran swimmers made sure our new swimmers felt comfortable behind the blocks. Way to go team!

HOSTED MEET UPCOMING
We will be posting volunteer opportunities for the Spring Splash taking place Feb 7th and 8th in Sauk Prairie High School soon. To make our meet the best possible experience for all of our swimmers, we hope to see you all there and invite you to join in the process of making it a success! As a reminder, all swim families are required to volunteer a position.
A reminder we require at least 2 volunteer shifts from each family with performance group swimmers, but encourage all families to help where they can. Job signup will open next week. Families of our developmental swimmers are also highly encouraged to volunteer! For additional information, please reference the Volunteering page or the Team Handbook.
