2022 Team WI Information
Hi Team Wisconsin Parents and Families,
Congratulations to your athlete on making the 2022 Team Wisconsin Zone Team! This email is long, but it has a lot of important information regarding the meet and Team Wisconsin.
First Item of Importance has a deadline:
* Entries: As you well know, there is a very quick turn around from State to Zones. Our coaches have spent a number of hours late into the night and early morning preparing and checking entries, updating times and making sure we have all our t’s crossed and i’s dotted. Please look at the psych sheet to double check your athlete(s) events and make sure they are in the correct events with the correct times. At this point, we can only update times. All time updates have to be sent to Angela before 10 AM Tuesday. Please email [email protected] with any changes.
* Basic Meet Information:
Participating Teams: Illinois, Iowa, Midwestern, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin
Admission tickets and the Commemorative Program can be purchased in advance, saving everyone time before the meet starts. Purchase tickets here
Pre-ordering for We Got Game Photography can be found here. Please sign up for action photos by 5 pm on Tuesday, August 2nd.
Electronic results will be posted on Meet Mobile and live results will also be available on the meet host website www.TeamFoxjet.com, under the Meets & Events tab “2022 Central Zone Championship.”
Lots of great information is available on the Meet Website, including parking maps, light rail information, and the ability to purchase apparel in advance from the Apparel Store on the Central Zone Championship Website.
NO GLASS is permitted in the facility – this includes spectator seating. The last thing we want is to have to close the pool due to broken glass. Rubber protected glass is also prohibited.
Northwest Designs, Inc. will be onsite providing unique apparel items for sale. Please see the meet website for information about other pre-order only merchandise. Website
Natatorium seating chart for the meet.
Team Foxjet is hosting the Central Zone Meet and they are looking for help in covering some volunteer positions. It takes many volunteers for this big event and while Foxjet members are covering most of the volunteer positions, we could use a few more volunteers in 2 areas:
Timers
Admissions Monitor / Safety Marshal - Monitors safety/security on the pool deck, pool deck entrances and spectator entrances, ensuring only those with displayed credentials/wristbands can access the pool deck
If you sign up to volunteer, they have some thank you gifts for you!
Sign up for one session = Free Central Zone Championship volunteer t-shirt! see picture below
Sign up for two sessions = Free t-shirt + admission to all sessions!
Please use the link below to sign up. Thanks for volunteering!
