Welcome to the Dumont Tri-County YMCA Wild Swim Team. Since 2007, WILD has provided an opportunity for children to participate in a wholesome, lifetime sport and recreational activity. Swimmers learn and compete in organized competitions in both YMCA Swimming and USA Swimming events, helping to instill a spirit of competition while in a safe and positive environment. While providing a place for everyone, our team is broken into specific age group teams based upon age, skill level, and individual preferences. The team practices primarily at the Dumont Tri-County YMCA in Scott Depot. During the summer months, WILD also practices at Sleepy Hollow in Hurricane to offer swimmers a 25-meter training pool. West Virginia WILD is a member of the Southeast Ohio / West Virginia YMCA Swim League (SEOWV) and also a member of USA Swimming and part of the West Virginia Swimming LSC (Local Swim Committee).
