Welcome to the 2024 Summer swim season with the Kemmerer Swim Club!
This page contains details about dues, fees, & volunteering. At the bottom of this page, you will find the link to register for club swimming.

2023-2024 Membership Information:
Summer Season: April 1 - early/mid/end of July (Tentative Dates)
*Our High school prep season will run concurrent with the Summer Swim Season through July, but will continue independently until August 9th, 2024
All families will be required to have a credit card/checking account on file with the Kemmerer Swim Club.
Invoices are generated by Team Unify on the 1st of each month. Credit card/checking account will be charged for each month's charges on the 1st of each month.
Your credit card information is secure and is not viewable or accessible by any employees or Board Members of the Kemmerer Swim Club.
For security reasons, you may have a loaded Visa gift card on file and your charges will be withdrawn from said gift card on the first of each month.

HIGH SCHOOL AGED ATHLETES SWIMMING WITH HIGH SCHOOL TEAM:
AFTER your school season has ended KSC Would love to have you on the Team. You can Register at ANY time! Talk to a Coach or Board member for more information!
Multiple Swimmer Discount:
KSC applies a $5 discount each month for each additional swimmer.

| USA Swimming Registration

All swimmers must be registered with USA Swimming. USA Swimming Yearly Registration Fee $70.00 |

| Meet Fees |
The Kemmerer Swim Club will add all meet fees to each swimmer's invoice throughout the season. Meet fees will be billed on the first of the month. Meet fees are generally between $25 and $100 depending on the number of events a swimmer has. For ALL meets, the KSC will add $5 per swimmer for admin/ Coach fees. |
| Late Fee |
Any balance past due after the 20th of each month will be assessed a late fee of $20. If an account is delinquent for more than 60 days, the swimmer will not be allowed to practice until the account is paid in full. |
| Late Pick Up Charge |
All families are responsible for picking up their swimmer(s) no later than 15 minutes after the posted practice end time. Any swimmers without a responsible party present after 15 minutes will be assessed a late pick up fee of $15 starting with the second offense and each additional offense. |
Refunds
- New swimmers who withdraw from the club within two weeks of registering will receive a full refund of all dues.
- USA Swimming Regitration Fee CANNOT Be Refunded by KSC.
- No dues/fees will be refunded after the first two weeks of practice, with the exception of injuries that cause the swimmer to be out for more than six weeks.
- In such situations, a doctor's medical note is required. Contact the Kemmerer Swim Club Board Member or Coach.
Volunteer Requirements
A part of joining the Kemmerer Swim Club is committing time to volunteer at our hosted meets throughout the year.
All families will be expected to fulfill a certain number of volunteer hours during the fall/winter season.
NEW SWIM CLUB MEMBERS
REGISTRATION:
1) Use the Link below to go to USA Swimming to create your account. You will need to create a parent account FIRST then, add your athletes as needed. This link is unique to KSC.

2) After creating your account you will need to register your swimmer. This is a $70 fee per athlete registered. USA Swimming website will walk you through.
3) After completing the registration with USA Swimming, you will need to go to KSC Website and create an account.

4) After setting up an account, you will need to go the Registration Tab; Team Registration.
** You will select New Member Registration. This will not charge you an additional fee for registration. Add to cart. The Website will walk you through the rest of the registration process.
MEDICAL NOTES/ MEDICAL INFORMATION IS NOW REQUIRED. Please make sure to update this information. If there is no information to put in these spaces, please enter NONE or NA.
**If you get an error about Medical Information/ Medical Notes, you will need to back out of the registration, go to your account, enter in the required information (you will need to enter NONE or NA if no information is needed), then you can go back to your shopping cart to finish the Registration process.
RETURNING SWIM CLUB MEMBERS
REGISTRATION:
TAKE THE TIME TO UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION IN YOUR ACCOUNT BEFORE STARTING THE REGISTRATON. THIS WILL SAVE YOU FRUSTRATION.
++If you have a Bank of the West Debit/ Credit Card that needs updated due to the BMO Switch over, Please remember to do this before starting registration.

Register on the KSC Website. Select the Registration Tab; Team Registration.
*Select your swimmers cap level. If you do not know your swimmer’s cap level, that is ok, make your best choice. The Registration fee is the same for all groups. We can adjust the level if needed afterwards.
**You will need to log into your KSC Account to complete registration.
**If you get an error about Medical Information/ Medical Notes, you will need to back out of the registration, go to your account, enter in the required information (you will need to enter NONE or NA if no information is needed), then you can go back to your shopping cart to finish the Registration process.

Once you have successfully registered with KSC, Please log into your USA Swimming Account and update your registration with USA Swimming. You will review your contact details, and agree to USA Swimming Terms and Conditions.
