NWAC Parents Send an Amazing E-mail!
Hey Marlins,
This is your NWAC next door neighbor whose wife Sally cooked all of the Filipino food for you all and thoroughly enjoyed your company over the last few days. Besides feeling exhausted from the long road trip home, all is well on "The Rock" in Oak Harbor. The reason I am writing to you all is to pass on some personal observations and thanks for just being good people to some of the arch rival enemies (I am kidding by the way). As my wife and I discussed the trip and weekend overall, we kept going back to the Mighty Marlins swim club and how well behaved and polite all of your kids were. The famous cliché quote "It takes a village to raise a child" obviously rings true in Might Marlin country. Your Team Spirit and Cohesion as a group was extremely prevalent. I would bet that you all work on not letting petty squabbles disrupt team unity. We parents in the NWAC community need to adopt some of these traits and work on our family team building skills. While Coach Neal and the Kids work great together, we parents let petty things undermine what you all seem to do so well. We should all strive to be better in this area. Thanks for letting us hang out with you all this weekend. It was eye opening and refreshing. Once again, tell your team that my family and I appreciate what you bring to the world. Thanks again and take care. Dan
Very Respectfully
