Marlins Loss is a Marlins Gain!!

We thought we had lost a great assistant coach when Karoline, because of her youg age, lost her ability to be certified as a coach under new USA Swimming rules, and we had.  However, the loss of Karoline as a coach has led to a superb situation that has emerged; Karoline as a video taper and analyzer.  One day a week Karoline is video taping swimmers and going over with them how to improve any stroke flaws they see.  It has become a wonderful situation and has already helped several Marlins see what they have been hearing about for years.  This has been a great gain for the Marlins and will continue until the end of the year.  Karoline will get everyone in Kirby's group by the end of the year for sure and many people will get this great analysis multiple times!
