Young Marlins Dominate Clear Lake Triathlon!

In the Youth Triathlon the girls from Marlin Town took 1st, 3rd and 4th.  Abby Magee led the way, winning in a time of 13:33.  Piper Lee was 3rd at 16:16, and Maggie Delaney was 4th also at 16:16.  Addison Lee led the young boys with an 8th place finish at 17:29.

In the full length triathlon (1/3 mile swim, 14.8 mile bike, 4 mile run) Rachel Hartmeyer won the 15-19 year old division in a time of 1:47:26, with Jewel LeValley close behind for 2nd at 1:52:05.  The team of Kara Libra-swim, Elle Lee-bike, and Erin Delaney-run, was an impressive 3rd in the team division at 1:40:18.  Michael Lee led the Marlin men with a 1:26:17 for 5th in his age group.  Kirby Schaufler had an impressive 1:39:08 for 7th in his age group!
