HOW TO ENTER AN INVITATIONAL MEET THROUGH TEAMUNIFY:
- Go to the team website (www.SwimSussex.com).
- Login to your account.
- Click on the link for Upcoming Meets & Events.
- Find the upcoming meet for which you would like to enter.
- Click on Attend/Decline. This will bring up the Declaration Page.
- In the Delcaration Dropdown Box, select YES.
- For an Invitational Meet, this will bring up a list of the events that are available for your swimmer.
- Select the events that your swimmer would like to swim. If you would like the coaches to select events for your swimmer, simply do not pick events. The coaches will pick the events that your swimmer will swim for that meet.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
HOW TO ENTER A DUAL MEET THROUGH TEAMUNIFY (coaches will pick events):
- Go to the team website (www.SwimSussex.com).
- Login to your account.
- Click on the link for Upcoming Meets & Events.
- Find the upcoming meet for which you would like to enter.
- Click on Attend/Decline. This will bring up the Declaration Page.
- In the Delcaration Dropdown Box, select YES.
- Below the Declaration Dropdown Box you will see a box marked Notes. You can use this box to leave a note for the coaches. For example, “can he swim the IM at this meet”, or “we have to leave the meet at 1:00”, etc.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
HOW TO ENTER A MEET THROUGH THE ONDECK APP:
- Download the OnDeck App from the App Store.
- Open the OnDeck App and login to your account.
- Click on the menu (three lines in the top corner).
- Click on Events & Jobs.
- Click on Events & Meet Entries.
- Find the meet that you would like to enter and click on it.
- Declare YES for the meet.
- If the meet is an Invitational Meet, select the events that your swimmer would like to enter.
