2020: COVID-19 Supplemental Workouts

When possible, we will post workouts here for swimmers to do in addition to coached workouts or in lieu of coached workouts when COVID-19 has forced us to take a break from group gatherings. 

The dryland workouts will be organized by age and each workout will be self-developing - meaning there will be direction built in for each swimmer at that ability level to increase number of reps/length of hold or length of time spent doing the exercise based on the number of times they do the exercises.
