The Hampshire Regional YMCA Dolphins strives to develop every swimmer to their maximum potential as a person, while providing opportunities on all levels of swimming. The foundation of our program is centered in the YMCA Core Values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.  The Dolphins are a safe, healthy, and positive environment that encourages swimmers and parents to become supportive assets to the program.
