The Helena Family YMCA Dolphins Swim Team is a year-round competitive swimming organization providing instruction and training to swimmers ages 6 and over from Helena, Montana. We believe in teaching, promoting, and embracing positive values and fair play in competitive swimming. The Helena Family YMCA Dolphins Swim Team is a place for character building, leadership development, futures are given a direction and a place where kids make lifelong friendships.
