Y Swim Team Program

The Ocean Community YMCA Mystic Hammerhead Swim Team is a program for children ages 6-18.

Children needing extra stroke work may be asked to join the Y Progressive swim lessons program or private lessons in order to join the Hammerhead Swim Team. Y programs strive to develop a healthy lifestyle and positive experience for all those who participate. We will help your children to reach their full potential both as swimmers and as individuals.  Your responsibility to the Swim Team, the coaches, and the Y is to actively participate in the program.
