Flashes Aquatics is a 501c3 non-profit organization run by its appointed Board of Directors which meet each month.  The organization's By-Laws are available to members in the Team Resources section of their online accounts.  All members are welcome at open meetings and encouraged to be involved in team activities and fundraisers.
