GENERAL UPDATES
1) PASA Fall Candy Meet #1 @ Burgess - Friday, September 19th.
- Entries close Tuesday September 16th @ 5:00pm
- Please fill out your availability on our Fall Master Meet Entry Form - HERE
2) SSF Meet @ Oceana High School in Pacifica (Indoor Pool) - October 11-12 is OPEN for entries
- The Coaching staff did entries based upon the Fall Master Meet Entry Form on 9/14
- If you sign the to attend this meet after 9/14, please ALSO directly contact your coach so they know
- We will continue doing entries until the meet closes/fills
- Senior program in AM at meet. Age Group Program in PM (13&Older in AM) at meet.
3) Monthly PASA Pride Day - Wednesday, September 17 (Third Wednesday of each month)
- Show your PASA pride by wearing your PASA gear to school. See who else at your school is on PASA
- Get a group picture and send it to the coaches to post on our website or on our Instagram Account
4) 2025 PASA - Team Shirts & Swim Caps - Each swimmer will receive two PASA Shirts (Red & Black) and one Silicone PASA Swim Cap.
- If you missed receiving your's last week, please let your coach know that you still need your gear.
5) Giving Input to the Menlo Park community regarding the Burgess Pool - If you are interested in giving input to the Menlo Park commuity about the pools we use for PASA

6) Personal Swim Caps & Required Team Equipment -
- Each practice group has different equipment needs, which you can find from your swimmer's coach.

- No Afternoon Practice on Friday, September 19 due to the PASA Candy Meet hosted by our own site of PASA.

Tues, Fri this week from 6:00 - 7:30am at M-A High School.
Thursday will be with DZS at Foothill Tennis & Swim Club from 5:40 - 7:20am.
- Friday - Afternoon practice - Seniors not swimming in the PASA Candy Meet, will volunteer at the event.
- Saturday (TBD) - Waiting on availability of Belle Haven
