SSF Meet @ Oceana High School in Pacifica (Indoor Pool) - October 11-12 is OPEN for entries
- The Coaching staff did entries based upon the Fall Master Meet Entry Form on 9/14
- If you sign the to attend this meet after 9/14, please ALSO directly contact your coach so they know
- We will continue doing entries until the meet closes/fills
- Senior program in AM at meet. Age Group Program in PM (13&Older in AM) at meet.
- Meet entries will close when meet fills - likely by end of week

Practice Adjustments for Week of 9/22/25
- Mighty Minnows:
- Friday (9/26) - Joint practice with Seniors
- Regular Schedule the rest of the week.
- AG Bronze, AG Silver, AG Gold, Varsity:
- AG Silver - Monday practice will start at 5:15 instead of 5:00pm due to heavy traffic patterns,
- Regular Schedule for all other practices this week
- Pre-Seniors & Seniors:

Mornings
- Tuesday 9/23 is cancelled as Bruce will be in NYC
- Thursday 9/25 will be with DZS at Foothills T&SC from 5:40 - 7:20am
- Friday 9/26 will be at M-A from 6:00 - 7:30am
- Saturday 9/27 - Cancelled due to Training Trip with DART
- Afternoons
- Monday 9/22 - No Dryland before practice. Practice 6:15 - 8:00pm
- Tuesday 9/23 - No Dryland before practice. Practice 6:15 - 8:00pm
- Friday 9/26 - We will be helping coach Mighty Minnows. Please arrive at 5:20pm
