1)
Bronze Group
- Coach Dave will be out of town this week and Coach Bruce will be covering the Bronze Group workouts this week.
- Bronze Group will NOT have dryland following practice on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
- All practice this week will finish after swimming at 6:30pm
2) Candy Meet This Friday (October 3)
- Sign ups have closed for this Friday's Candy Meet at Rinconada Park in Palo Alto.
- There will be NO Friday Afternoon Practice for Mighty Minnows, AG Bronze, AG Silver, AG Gold due to the meet
3) Spooky Classic Meet @ Burlingame HS (October 25-26)
- It will open to entries soon.
- This meet notoriously filled in less than 12 hours
- Please mark your availablity - HERE - for this meet ASAP so the coaches can get your swimmer entered when it opens.

- NO FRIDAY PRACTICE (10/3) due to Candy Meet

- Monday -Thursday - Practice will be 5:15 - 6:30pm (NO DRYLAND)
- NO FRIDAY PRACTICE (10/3) due to Candy Meet
AG Silver & AG Gold
- NO FRIDAY PRACTICE (10/3) due to Candy Meet
Varsity:
- FRIDAY PRACTICE moved to 6:30 - 7:30pm
- Tuesday & Thursday - regular practice time
- Coach Dave is out of town this week, so Varsity will have guest coaches this week
- Pre-Seniors & Seniors:

Mornings
- Tuesday 9/30 will be at M-A from 6:00 - 7:30am
- Thursday 10/2 will be at M-A from 6:00 - 7:30am
- Friday 10/3 will be at Palo Alto HS with Rinc 13-14 & Seniors groups from 5:25 - 7:00am
- Saturday 10/4 will be at Belle Haven from 8:45 - 11:00am
- Afternoons
