What is the Age Group Select Camp?

The Age Group Select Camp (formerly Catch the Spirit) is an invite-only camp for Colorado Swimmers and their parents sponsored by both Colorado Swimming and USA Swimming.  Swimmers participate in technique & skill building sessions with Colorado coaches and learn from sport experts on topics related to improving your athleticism while bonding with other top Colorado swimmers.  Parents will have their own unique experience with speakers covering a variety of topics pertinent to your swimmer's swimming career and well-being.

The Camp is FREE and provides a training and educational experience for Colorado swimmers and their parents while promoting Colorado Team unity.

How are Colorado Swimmers chosen to participate in the Age Group Select Camp?

Colorado swimmers that are a Top 15 high point finish at the CSI 14 & Under Short Course State Championship are invited to attend the Catch the Spirit Camp.

How long is the camp?

The Age Group Select Camp camp is an all-day event for both swimmers and parents.
