In order to sign up for races and recieve email from national coaches - first you must be a member of the national team website.  Registration is free.  The link to the national team website is https://www.teamunify.com/team/acasck/page/home

1) Go to the bottom of the homepage and look for the large red registration button or click this link: https://www.teamunify.com/team/acasck/page/useful-links/team-registration

2) Once registered, our webmaster will approve you and you will be able to sign up for events.  This may take 24 hours.  

3) Log in and check our calendar - under the big calendar button on the home page to see events to register for... or click this link - https://www.teamunify.com/team/acasck/page/calendar#/team-events/upcoming
