Please check the updated qualifier page on the website. All Region I, Gold Championship, and Speedo Sectional Qualifiers have been updated (with their age at the time of meet listed). Excellent job through the mid-way point of the season and we are highly motivated to continue to add to that list!!!

Shenendehowa has cancelled all after-school activites, therefore their is no practice for Tuesday Dec. 17th

The December Group Calendar Schedule has been updated. Please check and review for all changes for each group. The Shen Boys Varsity Team has home meets on Weds. Dec. 4th & Tues. Dec. 10th. They will also be hosting an invitational on Saturday December 21st and their will be No Practice. We will be on an adjusted schedule for December 23-Jan. 3rd for Holiday Break. Their will be NO PRACTICE on December 24th, December 25th, and January 1st.

Their will be Spin/Yoga Classes for all Junior and Senior swimmers from 4-5 PM @ Spin Revolution in Clifton Park on the following Mondays: November 25th December 9th December 16th January 13th January 20th January 27th This is an excellent cross-training opportunity for all Junior and Senior level swimmers at no extra cost! I highly recommend that you take advanatage of this opportunity
