2026 Alaska Summer Championships

Congratulations to our 17 Seward Tsunami Swimmers that made qualifying time cuts for this event!
We are super proud of you!
This fun summer meet is held in Long Course Meters (LCM) just like the pool used for the Olympics. (Most of the meets that we attend are held in short course yards (SCY) in a 25 yard pool like the Seward High School Pool.) The Bartlett Pool in Anchorage is Alaska’s only long course pool. The bulkheads in the center are removed to create the 100 meter length used for the event.
We would love to attend this meet if we have enough interest in practicing this summer. Let us know on the summer swimming opportunities survey if you are interested.
