Our team is a year-round team. We understand that sometimes, families or swimmers do need a break every once in a while, so we offer account suspension for a period of up to two months. The suspension fee is $35/month and reserves your swimmer's spot in their group. If you need to suspend, the team must be notified by the 25th of the month prior to the desired break in order for us to change the billing. No exceptions will be made. Monthly fees are due in full each month and are non-refundable. We follow an auto-pay policy.

Fee Breakdown:

$100 Activation and Re-Activation Fee (per swimmer) – Applied upon joining the WWSC and again if your child takes a break and you choose to not follow the suspension program above.

$20 Annual Admin Fee (per family)

$20 Late Payment - Applied to accounts that are not fully paid by the 15th of the current billing cycle

$90 - USA Swimming Registration is a yearly fee, generally paid in Fall for the upcoming year. This payment goes to USA Swimming, not WWSC

$25 NSF/ACH Fee - For each returned check or declined ACH.
