Membership Fees for the Short Course Season

Membership fees are payable in one of the following ways:

1.    Full payment

2.    Two payments

3.    Monthly (8 automatic credit card payments)

How to Pay - Payment or payment plan is due at Team Meeting

•    Cash: Hand directly to Treasurer, Jamie Gruber or Board Member 

•    Check: Payable to Cavalier Swim Club or CSC (Mail: PO Box 215, Vandergrift, PA 15690)

•    Credit Card: Treasurer or pay on Team Unify

Try-Out and Trial Periods

For athletes new to CSC:

•    Try-Out Period: A one-week try-out period will allow coaches to assess new athletes. Approved athletes may join the team after this evaluation.

•    1-Week Trial Period: Following the try-out period, athletes may back out without penalty.

Important:

•    No refunds will be issued if your child decides to leave the program after the one-week trial period, except in cases of documented medical need.

•    The try-out and trial periods do not apply to returning members, regardless of when they last swam with the team (e.g., last season or several seasons ago).

CSC Alumni

Alumni who are currently in college and wish to practice with CSC during breaks (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break, or Summer) should contact the treasurer to arrange a prorated membership fee.

Additional Notes for Alumni:

•    All alumni must either register with USA Swimming or provide proof of an active USA Swimming membership.

•    Membership fees will be prorated based on the Senior Team rate.
