There are 3 groups that a swimmer can be assigned to: Bronze, Silver and Gold.

Bronze: Most swimmers in this group are 8 and under, new swimmers or current swimmers between the ages of 9-12 that need more developmental training. A swimmer may start in this group and only be able to swim 1 length of the pool, by the end of their participation in Bronze they will have a strong understanding of technique for all 4 strokes and the foundations of swimming competitively as an individula and on a team.

Silver: Typical ages for this group are 9-12, some 8 who are advanced or 13-14 who need more developmental training. Here swimmers learn how to push themselves physically and mentally. They learn the art of racing and how to motivate themselves and their temmates.

Gold: Most in this group are 13 and older, some more advanced 11-12 and High School swimmers. This group is in the water for 2 hours. They are striving for stroke technique perfection and have an increased amount of yardage compared to silver. These athletes have learned how to work hard and have fun with the goal to compete at the highest level available to them as an individual and on relays.

Note: We do offer a High School option for any swimmer that will be participating on their High School Swim Team for the current school year.
