About Us 

Welcome to the Central Arkansas Swim Club (CASC) dba Arkansas Racers. The Arkansas Racers is a non-profit organization. We are a coach-run team with a parent board of directors that serves the coaches in an advisory capacity. This handbook aims to explain the operation and function of the club and outline its various policies and rules. All families should read it so they may become familiar with important policies and procedures of the club. 

The Arkansas Racers is a year-round age-group competitive swimming team offering instruction, training, and competition to young people of all ages and abilities. In addition to being fun, we feel competitive swimming develops discipline, self-esteem, sportsmanship, character, and the ability to deal with success and failure. It is also an excellent fitness activity that can continue throughout life and across any level of fitness.

The Arkansas Racers are committed to modeling and teaching the “4 D’s” – Dedication, Discipline, Determination & Desire - in life and swimming. Our goal is to enable team members to reach their maximum potential in swimming, education, and life.
