Swim Strong 9 Week Challenge
Dear Dolphin Swim Families,
Starting September 29th Swim Strong Dryland will be launching their "Athlete 9-Week Challenge"! This is an optional challenge that is designed for competitive swimmers looking to take their swimming to the next level. You may decide to only focus on certain parts of the "Athlete 9-Week Challenge".
Again, this is not mandatory and is designed for swimmers that are wanting to maximize their performance in the pool.

ATHLETE 9-WEEK CHALLENGE
The "Rules"
1. Show up to 100% of your scheduled swim & dryland workouts (at home dryland programing will be sent out by your coach)
2. Choose 1 positive nutrition habit you'd like to implement (ex/drinking a bottle of water at every meal)
3. Choose 1 positive recovery habit you'd like to implement (ex/sleep 8+ hours per night)
4. Choose 1 positive leadership habit you'd like to implement (ex/vocally encourage/challenge 3 new teammates every practice)
5. Starts on Monday, September 29th. Ends Monday, December 1st (or once your winter championship season is over).
