Developmental Training Groups -  Will be off from  August 7th to August 15, 2023  (There will be No Practice on these dates)
 
Age Group Training Groups - Will be off from August 7th - August 18, 2023 (There will be No Practice on these dates)

Developmental Training Groups will return to practice on Wednesday, August 16th 2023  (For Returning Swimmers)
 
Age Group Training Group will return to practice on Monday, August 21st 2023  (For Returning Swimmers)
 
Tryouts Start: LRRC will offer tryouts on August 21st 2023 at LRAC from 4:00pm to 4:30pm  (Please sign your swimmer up for a FREE Evaluation Here)

Labor Day: There will be no practice September 1st - September 4th for any training groups or tryouts
