Team Travel Swim Meet & Hotel Booking Information for 2025 COR Winter Invite
Team Travel Announcement – COR Meet
We’re excited to announce that the Arkansas Dolphins will team travel to the upcoming COR Meet!
Limited availability and team travel preference will be given to swimmers ages 15 & over, and this is a qualifying swim meet that all participants must have achieved at least one “A” time standard to be eligible to participate in the meet.
The team travelers will stay at the Tru by Hilton. The estimated expense will be $250-$350, plus the expense of your meet entry fees and meals. If you would like to team travel, please complete this form by Friday, November 1st. No other action is necessary at this time.
For those attending the meet, but not team traveling, we've secured a team booking link for the Tru by Hilton—the closest hotel to the Garland pool—with a special team rate of $86/night.
Don't delay- rooms are first-come, first-served, and the booking link will expire on November 20th.
Swimmers will travel on the Athletic Club van, with the Booster Club helping offset a portion of the expense. Room assignments will be three swimmers per room, and the team will eat together at local restaurants for lunch and dinner. Please bring snacks, drinks, and a water bottle for between sessions.
All swimmers must have coach approval to participate in team travel. We expect professionalism, respect, and positive team spirit at all times—representing the Dolphins with pride in and out of the pool.
