USA Swimming Registration
With the end of the year approaching, everyone needs to make sure that their USA swimming membership is up to date. We have a lot of swimmers whose memberships have expired. We will be sending emails throughout the week reminding those individuals to update their membership.
______
Sickness and Illness
As we head into a season where bugs and viruses are more common, we ask that any swimmer who is feeling unwell does not attend practice until they are completely healthy. This helps protect not only your child but all of our swimmers, coaches, and families. If your swimmer experiences symptoms like fever, cough, congestion, runny nose, or any flu-/cold-like illness, please keep them home until their symptoms have significantly improved and they have been free of fever (without fever-reducing medication) for at least 24 hours.
