Practice schedule for senior group will adjust for meets as necessary. Training models are designed based on 100% attendance to hit all needed body systems including sprint, aerobic, threshold, power, speed, and technique work.

Senior group swimmers are expected to attend 100% of weight training days. Weights are done twice per week and attending fewer will lead to adverse affects and no benefit.
