Practice Schedule Summer 2024 (begins Monday, May 27 and ends Wednesday, July 17).

Senior: Mon & Wed.: 7-9:45 a.m. swim + weights | T/Th: 7-9 a.m. & 4-5:30 p.m. | Fri: 7-9 a.m. | Sat: 8-10 a.m.
Transitional: Monday-Friday: 7-9 a.m. | Saturday: 8-10 a.m.
Dolphin: Monday-Friday 7:30-9 a.m. | Saturday: 8-9:30 a.m. 
Trout: Monday-Friday: 5:30-7 p.m. (bring sneakers MWTh)
Minnows: Monday-Thursday: 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Practice schedule for senior group will adjust for meets as necessary. Training models are designed based on 100% attendance to hit all needed body systems including sprint, aerobic, threshold, power, speed, and technique work.

Senior group swimmers are expected to attend 100% of weight training days. Beginning May 27, if a swimmer misses three lift sessions, they will be barred from attending any others. Weights are done twice per week and attending fewer will lead to adverse affects and no benefit.
