Pool Guidelines:
Parents, if you will help us out and come in with your kids as well as closely monitor them while at The Center, we would greatly appreciate that. The main thing we need help with are the children who are not in the pool. Please keep them seated with you. Also, please do not allow your child who is taking classes to enter the pool before their start time. We want to keep all the children safe, and we want to continue to have a great relationship with the gym!
Class:
Classes are thirty minutes long and we want to get the most out of them, so try and arrive a couple minutes before they start.
For every class we will need to shower before and after the class. There is a shower in the main deck area right next to the pool. Please have your child (children) shower right before class starts.
You can change before you come to the center or use the locker rooms at the facility to change as well. Please help us make sure our kids are safe and making healthy choices in the locker rooms. If you have boys or girls and you don’t want them to go into the locker room by themselves, please use the family changing room for children 5 and up. The front desk can help you find where this room is.
What to bring:
Children will only need a bathing suit and towel. If they have a favorite pair of goggles they like to use, feel free to bring them, otherwise, children can borrow ours.
*For the Water Babies class and children who aren’t potty trained, a swim diaper will be needed. Also for our Water Babies class, mom will need to be in the pool for the duration of the class.
Waivers:
Waivers are to be filled out upon online registration. Unless you hear from us you more than likely filled yours out when signing up for class.
Tuition:
Most of our swimmers are on our automated billing system. Billing goes out the first week of the month. Simply check your online account or e-mail to see invoices and info regarding billing. If you need help setting up an online account, let us know!
If you write a check for tuition please make it out to, “C3 Aquatics.” We will have envelopes to put checks or cash in. Please put your name on the envelope and put it in the clear box.
